Details: These leaves grow to be double the size of other Rosemarie's and its strong upright form means it looks tidy in the mixed container or herb bed. It can be used in topiaries or even hedges. Fresh or dried leaves add a pungent, savory flavor to meat, soup or stews. Even a small amount will add loads of flavor, making it perfect for flavoring oils and vinegars. Gorizia Rosemary thrives in the worst conditions, taking dry and infertile soils in stride.
